Oven Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 7 1/2 quarts popped corn
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) margarine
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup (light)
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Cook brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes.

    Remove from stove, add soda and stir.

    Mix into popcorn. Spread coated popcorn on cookie sheet.

    Place in 200 degree oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.

    Remove from oven and let cool.
