- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 6 qt. popped corn (3 micro bags)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- nutmeat as desired
Directions

1Mix sugar, margarine, syrup and salt.

2Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda; stir.

3Pour caramel over popped corn.

4Spread on baking sheet.

5Bake at 200° for 1 hour.

6Stir every 15 minutes.

7Remove from oven.

8Cool and store.
