- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 1 12 cups walnut halves or 1 12 cups pecan halves or 1 12 cups unblanched whole almonds
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine
- 14 cup light corn syrup
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.

2Divide popcorn and pecans between 2 ungreased rectangular pans (13x9x2-in).

3Heat brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges.

4Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Remove from heat, Stir in baking soda.

6Pour mixture over popcorn and walnuts.

7Stir until well coated.

8Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
