- 6 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt in a 4-quart pan.

2Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes and remove from heat.

3Add vanilla and soda (this will swell).

4Pour on the popcorn; stir. Place in 225° oven for 1 hour.

5Stir every 15 minutes.

6Cool. Store in covered container to keep crisp.
