- 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 teaspoon dill, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 lbs skinless chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup crushed multi-grain cracker
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°F.

2Combine soup, water, rice, 3/4 teaspoon dill and pepper in 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

3Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice mixture.

4Cover tightly with foil.

5Bake 45 minutes.

6Sprinkle chicken pieces with crackers, paprika and remaining 1/4 teaspoon dill.

7Drizzle with butter.

8Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
