- 2 whole chickens, cut up (about 2-1/2 to 3 pounds each)
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 13 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 23 cup romano cheese, grated
- 12 cup parsley, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Grease two large shallow baking pans or cookie sheets.

3Combine breadcrumbs, Romano cheese and parsley.

4Dip chicken into melted butter; roll in bread crumb mixture.

5Place chicken skin side up in the baking pans.

6Top with remaining butter and crumb mixture.

7Bake until done, about 1 hour.

8Garnish with parsley if desired.
