  • 2 whole chickens, cut up (about 2-1/2 to 3 pounds each)
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 13 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 23 cup romano cheese, grated
  • 12 cup parsley, chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Grease two large shallow baking pans or cookie sheets.

    Combine breadcrumbs, Romano cheese and parsley.

    Dip chicken into melted butter; roll in bread crumb mixture.

    Place chicken skin side up in the baking pans.

    Top with remaining butter and crumb mixture.

    Bake until done, about 1 hour.
