- 1 medium fryer
- 2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. onions
Directions

1Cut up fryer and place in 2 or 3-quart casserole dish.

2Mix soup, potatoes and onions with 2 cups water.

3Pour over chicken. Cover with aluminum fol and bake in 400° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

4Serve over rice.
