Oven Chicken Stew

  • 1 medium fryer
  • 2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. onions

Directions

    Cut up fryer and place in 2 or 3-quart casserole dish.

    Mix soup, potatoes and onions with 2 cups water.

    Pour over chicken. Cover with aluminum fol and bake in 400° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Serve over rice.
