  • 2 c. raw diced potatoes
  • 1 c. diced celery (sometimes I use carrots instead)
  • 2 c. raw hamburger
  • 1 c. diced onion (add green pepper if your want, also)
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all together or put in baking dish in order given. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Baking dish should be greased and deep.

    Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.
