- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Combine salt, milk, pepper and flour. Put eggs into pan.

3Cook until creamy in a 250° oven, stirring often.

4Lower temperature.

5May hold eggs up to 2 hours.

6Serves 6 to 8 people.
