  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

    Melt butter in pan.

    Combine salt, milk, pepper and flour. Put eggs into pan.

    Cook until creamy in a 250° oven, stirring often.

    Lower temperature.

    May hold eggs up to 2 hours.

    Serves 6 to 8 people.
