- 1 chicken, cut up
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder (optional)
- poultry seasoning (optional)
- 3/4 to 1 stick margarine
- flour
Directions

1Wash chicken.

2Turn oven to 425°.

3On chicken put salt, pepper, garlic powder and poultry seasoning to taste.

4Place margarine in pan and melt in oven.

5When margarine is melted, flour chicken and place in pan with margarine.

6Bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

7Turn chicken over and bake another 20 to 30 minutes.
