- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 c. milk or water
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken (8 to 10 pieces)

Directions

1Heat oven to 375°. Combine the corn meal, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder and salt. Dip the chicken in milk. Coat in combined dry ingredients. Place chicken on 15 x 10-inch shallow baking dish; lightly brush with melted margarine (or spray with butter-flavored Pam). Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
