- 1 1/2 c. Betty Crocker Potato Buds
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir and then melt 1/4 cup margarine and add to Potato Buds mixture and stir well.

3Beat 1 egg in large bowl and add 1 tablespoon water.

4Dip chicken into egg mixture and then roll in Potato Buds mixture to coat chicken.

5Coats about 3 pounds of chicken.

6Bake in buttered baking dish for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
