Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch pan.

3Salt and flour chicken.

4(Put flour in a brown bag; add 2 pieces salted chicken and shake until covered with flour.) Place in a pan, skin side down, cook for 30 minutes.

5Turn skin side up and cook another 30 minutes.
