- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
- 1/4 c. cornflake crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of ground red pepper
Directions

1Rinse chicken; pat dry.

2Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan; set aside.

3In a small bowl, combine cornflake crumbs and parsley; set aside.

4In another bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

5Brush chicken with yogurt mixture, then sprinkle with crumb mixture.

6Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.

7Makes 6 servings.
