  • 2 c. corn flakes
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or melted butter

    Cut into serving size pieces.

    Crush corn flakes.

    Sprinkle fish with seasonings.

    Dip in melted butter or oil, then in corn flakes.
