- 2 pounds fish fillets bite-sized
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons margarine Melted
Directions

1Heat the oven to 500F degrees. In a shallow dish, mix the salt and milk.

2In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, basil, and oregano. Dip the fish pieces in the milk and then roll them in the bread crumb mixture.

3Place the fish in a nonstick baking dish. Pour the melted butter over the fish and bake 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
