- 24 large oysters
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- fine bread crumbs
- salad oil
- lemon wedges
Directions

1Mix well flour, salt and pepper.

2Roll oysters in flour, then dip in eggs.

3Roll in bread crumbs.

4Sprinkle both sides of oysters with oil.

5Place in shallow pan and bake at 400° for about 15 minutes.

6Garnish with lemon wedges.

7Makes 5 to 6 servings.
