Oven Fried Pork Chops

- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. corn bread stuffing mix
- 4 pork loin chops (about 1 1/2 lb.), cut 1/2-inch thick
Directions

1Set oven to 425°.

2Place margarine or butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Place pan in the oven about 3 minutes or until margarine melts.

4Stir together egg and milk.

5Dip pork chops in egg mixture.

6Coat with stuffing mix.

7Place chops on top of melted margarine in pan.

8Bake 20 minutes.

9Turn.

10Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until pork is no longer pink.
