  • 8 large unpeeled baking potatoes
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cut each potato into eight (8) wedges; arrange peel-side down, in shallow baking pan.

    Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.

    Bake in preheated 375° oven 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.

    Baste occasionally.

    Makes eight servings.
