- 3 medium sized potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Wash potatoes well, then cut each in half lengthwise, then into 1/4 to 1/8-inch wedges.

3Place wedges, slightly overlapping, in a single layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

4In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.

5Brush potatoes with half of the oil mixture and bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes, or until done and light golden, basting occasionally with the remaining oil mixture.
