- 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced scallions
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.

3Beat egg with a fork in a medium-size bowl.

4Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.

5Shape in eight 1/2-inch thick patties.

6Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides.
