Oven Fried Snapper

- 1 lb. fresh red snapper fish fillets
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. dry seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. fresh or dried dill
Directions

1Preheat oven to 500°.

2Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.

3Combine oil, garlic and dill in an oblong glass or Pyrex baking dish.

4Place fish in mixture and turn, coating the fillets well.

5Marinate for 2 to 3 hours, turning often.

6Remove fish from marinade.

7Roll fish in cheese, then in bread crumbs.

8Place on well-greased cookie sheet.

9Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

10Baste often with marinade so fish does not burn.

11When done, the fish will flake easily with a fork.
