- 1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 c. cauliflower florets
- cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 zucchini, cut into sticks
- 1 c. broccoli florets
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2In small bowl, combine bread crumbs with oil.

3Stir in cheese.

4In another bowl, lightly beat together egg and water.

5Dip veggies into egg mixture, letting excess drip off, then coat with bread crumbs.

6Place on baking sheet.

7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is crisp and veggies are tender.

8Place on serving platter; garnish with tomatoes.
