Oven Mashed Potatoes

  • 8 to 12 Idaho potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook potatoes until tender. Mash with milk.

    Mix remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 of cheese for garnish.

    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes (last 20 minutes, uncover until golden brown).
