- 1 c. finely chopped green peppers
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 c. raw sliced onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place ingredients in baking dish in order given: potatoes, celery, hamburger, green peppers, tomatoes and onions.

2Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.

3Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours. Yields 6 servings.
