  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • grated cheese (optional)

Directions

    Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt; add onion and put in dish.

    Sprinkle cheese over top, if desired.

    Bake at 325° until set, but moist, about 35 minutes.
