- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper.

3Shape by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls.

4Place in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Stir together remaining ingredients.

6Pour over meatballs.

7Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.

8Uncover and bake 45 minutes longer. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
