  • 4 to 5 medium Russet potatoes, 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Lawry's garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil

    In large bowl, toss potatoes and onions with seasonings to coat well.

    Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
