- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. cauliflower flowerets
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 c. carrots, cut into julienne strips
- 2 small onions, quartered
Directions

1In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt butter in 400° oven, about 5 minutes.

4Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 22 to 27 minutes or until vegetables are crispy tender.
