  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 2 c. carrots, cut into julienne strips
  • 2 small onions, quartered

    In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt butter in 400° oven, about 5 minutes.

    Stir in thyme, salt and pepper.

    Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

    Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 22 to 27 minutes or until vegetables are crispy tender.
