- 2 lb. round steak
- 1 c. flour
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- seasoning salt
- salt and pepper
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
Directions

1Cut steak into serving pieces; coat with flour, seasoned with seasoning salt and pepper.

2Brown on both sides.

3Place in baking dish and pour mushroom soup over meat.

4Place sliced onions and bell peppers on top.

5Drain excess oil from pan where steak was browned.

6Make roux with flour and seasoning salt; brown.

7Add water.

8Pour over steak.

9Cover with foil and cook in 400° oven for 1 hour.
