- 3 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a 1 1/2-quart ungreased casserole with tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients.

3Cover and bake for 45 minutes (don't peek; don't stir).

4To serve, fluff up lightly with a fork.
