  • 2 lb. beef stew meat (not browned)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 1 pkg. dried onion soup

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and place in a large covered casserole.

    Bake in slow oven at 250° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    It makes its own gravy.

    It is good with rice.
