  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 4 to 5 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 to 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 6 to 8 carrots, cut into 2 to 3-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can Snap-E Tom
  • salt and pepper to taste
