- 3 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. celery
- salt
- pepper
- 16 oz. canned tomatoes
Directions

1Put meat in bottom of roaster.

2Add potatoes, carrots, onions and celery (cut in chunks).

3Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour tomatoes over all.

4Cover; cook in 250° oven.

5Do not open lid for 4 hours.
