- 2 lb. stew meat, cut up
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 5 carrots, cut up
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Coat meat with flour, salt and pepper; toss with oil in a 3-quart casserole.

2Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 400°.

3Stir once.

4Add remaining ingredients.

6Bake at 375° for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
