- 2 lb. stew beef
- 3 celery stalks, cut
- 4 to 5 carrots, cut
- 2 onions, cut
- 1 box frozen peas
- 1 can tomato juice (big can)
- cut up potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Layer meat, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions in pot or casserole with lid.

2Sprinkle tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper over top.

3Pour juice over all.

4Cover and cook in 250° oven for 4 hours, stirring once while cooking.

5Add frozen peas; stir and finish cooking.
