  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 1 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. V-8 juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Put all ingredients in a casserole; do not brown meat.
