- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. V-8 juice
- 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put all ingredients in a casserole; do not brown meat.

3Cover; bake at 250° for 4 hours.
