  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. beef bouillon
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a roaster.

    Bake at 500° for 30 minutes, then at 250° for 3 to 5 hours.
