  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 to 4 carrots
  • 2 to 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • dash of Beau Monde
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca

Directions

    Cut up carrots, potatoes and green pepper.

    Put in heavy roaster.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Add seasonings and tapioca. Cover tightly and bake at 275° for 5 hours.
