- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 to 4 carrots
- 2 to 3 medium potatoes
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- dash of Beau Monde
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
Directions

1Cut up carrots, potatoes and green pepper.

2Put in heavy roaster.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Add seasonings and tapioca. Cover tightly and bake at 275° for 5 hours.
