  • 6 medium peeled potatoes
  • 6 carrots, cut in bite size pieces
  • 6 small onions
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • dash of pepper
  • 3 level tsp. tapioca for thickening
  • 3 c. tomato juice
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
