- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix cake mix according to directions. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam, spread coconut and pecans. Pour cake batter on top.

3Spread evenly in heavy saucepan over medium heat.

4Melt oleo and cream cheese; stir until well blended. Slowly add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.

5Pour evenly over cake batter.

6Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
