- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sifted cake flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. red raspberry preserves
Directions

1Blend cream cheese and butter.

2Add sugar and mix well.

3Beat in eggs and vanilla.

4Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk to cream cheese mixture.

5Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

6Dot batter with preserves.

7Swirl preserves through batter to give marble effect.

8Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Bake in 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
