- 8 slices white
- wheat bread, torn up
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 box (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. ham, cubed
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Cover the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch pan with the bread.

2Sprinkle cheese over the bread.

3Cook broccoli in boiling water just until unfrozen, drain.

4Arrange on top of the cheese.

5Add ham.

6Combine eggs, milk and mustard; lightly beat.

7Pour over mixture in the pan.

8Store in refrigerator overnight.
