  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small can pimentos
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put in large casserole.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Remove and mix well.

    Top with Ritz crackers.

    Dot with margarine.

    Bake at 350° for one hour.
