  • 2 c. diced chicken (canned or homecooked)
  • 2 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth (or use your own if using homecooked chicken)
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1 (5 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Layer all ingredients in order listed in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
