Overnight Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. ham or sausage, chopped
Directions

1Cut crust off bread and cut into cubes; set aside.

2Combine milk, eggs, salt, mustard and pepper.

3Lightly combine together milk mixture, bread crumbs and ham or sausage.

4Pour mixture into 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass dish, greased lightly.

5Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

6Bake in preheated 325° oven about 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.

7Cool 10 minutes before serving.
