- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Place bread in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Sprinkle with cheese; set aside.

3Brown sausage and drain.

4Sprinkle over cheese and bread.

5Beat eggs, milk, mustard and soup; pour over mixture. Cover and refrigerate.

6Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
