- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Place bread into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish and sprinkle with cheese; set aside.

2In skillet brown sausage and drain fat. Crumble sausage over the cheese and bread.

3Beat eggs, milk, mustard, soup and water together and pour over sausage mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

5Makes 6 to 8 servings.
