- 2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. little sizzlers
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Place croutons on bottom. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese.

3Brown sausages and cut into small pieces. Drain.

4Place over cheese layer.

5Beat eggs; combine with milk and seasonings.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7In morning, dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk.

8Pour over first mixture.

9Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours or less.
