- 6 slices bread
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Butter one side of bread slices and cut into 1 inch squares. Place in pan.

2Sprinkle bread with cheese.

3Beat remaining ingredients together.

4Pour over bread and cheese.

6add diced ham, green pepper, onions, bacon. Refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.

7Bake in 325 degree oven, covered, for 45 minutes.

8Uncover the last 5 - 10 minutes.
